Hi! I graduated with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the College of St. Scholastica (Duluth, MN) in 2011. Since graduating, I have worked in various rehab settings to include acute and subacute rehab, pediatrics, and orthopedics.

I am certified in Postural Restoration (PRI) and am a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. I’ve also had training in dry needling. My passion lies in helping people stay active without injuries holding them back.

​Being a military wife and mom of three mini-me’s, I understand the beautiful chaos of both the military life and the season of young kids. Exercise has always been an integral part of my life and becoming a mom challenged my view of fitness.

Helping moms navigate fitness throughout pregnancy and postpartum has become a professional focus. Motherhood brings unique challenges to fitness. I want all mothers to feel empowered and find strength in their new bodies!
