Board Certified Pelvic Health Physical Therapist. Yogi, Recreational Runner, and Nature Lover. Runs the Clinical Mentorship Program. Kelley grew up in Midlothian and is a proud Hokie! She graduated from Northwestern University in 2006 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has practiced orthopedics, women’s health, and pelvic health since 2006, mentored other pelvic health physical therapists since 2014, and taught pregnancy and postpartum topics in the VCU physical therapy program since 2013.
Kelley is passionate about the pregnant and postpartum birthing person and helping mothers thrive.
Kelley has taken advanced postgraduate coursework in pelvic floor assessment and treatment, constipation, holistic treatment of the postpartum patient, pediatric constipation and incontinence, male pelvic pain, coccydynia, and painful sitting, diastasis rectus (DRA), pudendal neuralgia, breast health and post-mastectomy care, chronic pain, incontinence, McKenzie evaluation and treatment, functional movement assessment, running analysis, back and sacroiliac joint pain. There are 3 “levels” of pelvic floor training and Kelley has taken all 3 levels plus additional training. Kelley is one of only 4 Board Certified Women’s Health physical therapists in the Richmond metro region.
